Introduction of Concrete Batching Plant
The concrete batching plant is a plant which is an ideal equipment
to produce the commercial concrete which is used to produce plastic
concrete, dry concrete and so on. Adopt twin horizontal shaft
forced type concrete mixer or planetary mixer, it adopts two heavy
duty gear box, electrical lubrication system, hydraulic system,
durable mixing device,etc. Equipped with accurate weighing system
(aggregate,cement,water,additive), PC+PLC control, vividly display
the production process on the screen, so that the operator can
monitor in real time; save the data of production perimeters in the
computer, print daily, monthly or yearly statistic reports of
production. Because of its high efficiency, it is being widely used
in big and medium scale construction project, road and bridge, and
the factories to produce the pre-fabricated concrete component.

1. It is composed of the systems of material supply, weighing,
mixing and electric control;
2. Its discharge height is 3.8m, and it can mix various types of
concrete;
3. With the loader to feed material, it can store four types of
aggregates at the same time and also with two cement silos and
their respective screw conveyor;
4. With electronic scales to measure and the mixing host is
twin-horizontal-axis type;
5. Electrical system is equipped with IPC, printer and so on to
realize the centralized control and overall management.
