Introduction
HZS series stationary concrete baching plant is widely used in big
or medium building projects, road and bridages projects, precast
concrete plants,etc. It is an ideal choice for producing commercial
commercial concrete. It has two feeding methods. One is hopper
type, it is used for lower than 50m3 per hour output production.
The other is belt type, it is usually used for higher than 60m3 per
hour output production. For export, we adopt full automatic control
system for our stationary concrete mixing plant, It is industrial
computer control, which can vividly display the production process
on the screen, so that the operator can monitor at real time.

Technical Features
1)Adopting module structure, designed as per the loading of
container standard. All modules are in one trailing unit. Easy for
installation and disassembly. Fast for moving.
2) Main mixing unit JS double-shaft, forced concrete mxing mixer,
with good mixing quality, high production efficiency. Perfect
mixing can be done within ideal time period for dry-hard,
half-dry-hard, plastic and concrete with any mixing ratio.
3) All scaling elements and control elements of scaling unit are
imported elements and controlled by computer, guaranteeing
completely accurate scale and stable function.
4) Platform or ladder is equipped to each part needing maintenance
and repairing. Good for maintenance.
5) Electrical control system adopts import elements, providing a
stable and powerful function. Automatic test for the abnormal
working condition. Word, sound, light alarm, easy and good for the
maintenance and trouble shooting.

Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are factory.
Q2: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 7-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is
15-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to
quantity.
Q3: What is your payment method?
A: 30% of total price should be paid by T/T as down payment; 70%
balance payment should be paid by T/T before delivery.
Q4: How many types of Concrete Batching Plant you have ?
We have Stationary type capacity from 25m3/h ~240m3/h. Hauling
mobile type capacity from 25m3/h ~100m3/h.
Stationary type for aggregate feeding, we have Skip Hopper type
(25m3/h ~75m3/h) and Delivery Belt type(60m3/h ~ 240m3/h)
All hauling mobile plant use large angle Groove belt for aggregate
feeding.
