Brief Introduction
1. The mobile concrete mixing station is a concrete production
equipment that integrates material storage, weighing, conveying,
stirring, unloading and automatic control system of the concrete
mixing station with a trailer unit;
2. The mobile concrete batching plant has the same operation
process, operation mode and maintenance as the fixed automatic
mixing station; it also has unique features such as flexible
movement, quick and easy assembly and disassembly, and simple
storage management.
3. The mobile concrete batching plant with drum mixer, which is
self-falling type bipyramid reversed discharging concrete mixing
machine. Compared with twin-shaft concrete mixer plant, this plant
is cheap and save the shipments cost.
4. Mobile concrete batch plant is mainly used to mixing the
concrete of high-grade highway, city roads, airport runway, and
roadbed concrete, roller compacted concrete, precast concrete, and
commercial concrete for mixing construction.
Main Features
- Small mobile mixing plants can mix plastic and semi-dry concrete.
- The mixing drum rotates in the forward direction and reverses the
discharge.
- Each tank can be stirred 200 l 250 l 300 l 350 l 750 l concrete
(concrete volume after tamping means),
- It can produce 6-14 cubic meters per hour.
- Suitable for general construction sites, roads, bridge projects and
small and medium-sized concrete components plants.
- When fixed agitation, the pit can be dug, so that the hopper mouth
is flush with the ground, and the feeding is convenient.
