Main Features
1. Excellent Mixing Performance
The rotated direction of mixing star is reversed with the
revolution direction and each mixing star’s direction is also
different. The circulation movement and convective movement make
the material severely mixing.
2. Observing Window Port
Observing port is set on the maintaining door to observe the mixing
status in the mixer power state.
There is an observing window on the maintaining door of planetary
concrete mixer. The mixing situation could be observed without
powering off.
3. Discharging Device
The door can open in three different angles to satisfy different
discharging rate.
Pneumatic or hydraulic discharging could be optional for planetary
concrete mixer according to different demands of clients. And it
could be also discharged manually. The number of discharging doors
could be three at most. There is special sealing device on the
discharging door to ensure sealing reliable.
4. Mixing Device
Depending on the reasonable design of the mixing blades, it is more
efficient than the traditional type of concrete mixers. It can save
15-20% time to finish the mixing under the same requirement and
condition.
5. Spray Head
According to the requirement of different filed application, you
can choose different way of water spray.
6. High Pressure Cleaning System
Automatic high pressure cleaning system saves a lot of time on
cleaning. Also, it has higher performance than traditional type.
7. Water Pump
High performance non-blocking water pump, fast water speed,
improving overall working efficiency.
8. Hydraulic Pump
Hydraulic pump is specially designed to provide power for more
discharging gates. On emergency, the discharging doors of planetary
concrete mixer could be opened by hand.
A special designed hydraulic power unit is used to provide power
for more than one discharging gates. Equipped with manual
discharging function, on emergency, these discharging gates can be
opened by hand.
