Introduction of Ready Mix Concrete Plant
1. HZS series concrete mixing station, which is compulsory and
efficient equipment. It can produce plastic, dry concrete and a
variety of concretes. Its production efficiency is high.
2. HZS60 concrete batching plant is mainly composed 0f PLD1600
batching machine, JS1000 concrete mixer, cement silos, automatic
computer control system, electronic weighing, screw conveyor and
others.It can mix fluidity concrete, plastic concrete, hard
concrete and other proportioning concrete.The Fixed Concrete
Batching Plant can be used for industry, construction, road,
railway, bridge, water conservation, ports, and so on.
Technical Features of Ready Mix Concrete Plant
1. Aggregate Feeding System
Including 3x8m3 gathering hoppers and 3x 1.1m3 aggregate weighing
hopper, flat belt conveyor, two vibrator motors for hopper1 and
hopper2.
2. Feeding belt conveyor
Adopt herringbone type belt, this type belt is better for
transporting the aggregates; Double Repairing flat and electrical
roller. Angle of belt conveyor: 18-20 degree, Meanwhile, we adopt
middle screen to filter out big stone, and use monitor for
observing the screen.
3. Mixer system and dosing system
Adopt JS1000 mixer with 2x18.5 motors, capacity: 1 cubic/batch,
high mixing efficiency and stable quality of mixed material. And
the mixer adopt automatic lubrication system. When the plant
working,the lubrication pump can lubricate the bearing of mixer all
the time.
On the mixer tower,it also equipped with water weighing tank,
cement weighing tank and additive weighing tank.
4. Cement silo system
We equipped two cement silos for the batching plant, the capacity
of each silo is 100 tons, it can be alternate using. On the top of
the silo, we adopt dust collector,vibrator and safety valve.
5Control System
The control system adopt Schneider electrical components and Lenovo
CPU and printer. There are Automatic and Manual operation for
option. The automatic system can realize automatic weighing and
mixing and discharging. The operation is very easy and reliable
working.
